Associate Executive Editor Tina Frühauf will participate in the Fourteenth International Conference on The Arts in Society, held at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon, Portugal, which takes places from 19 to 21 June 2019. It offers an interdisciplinary forum for discussion of the role of the arts in society and for critical engagement, examination and experimentation, and developing ideas that connect the arts to their contexts in the world – on stage, in studios and theaters, in classrooms, in museums and galleries, on the streets and in communities. Dr. Frühauf will be available to meet with conference participants to engage in discussions how the Arts in Society Research Network’s mission intersects with RILM’s mission and resources.
